By accessing and using the website aryavartaitsolution.com and our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Aryavarta IT Solution provides digital marketing services including but not limited to: paid advertising management, SEO, social media marketing, website design, CRM setup, and WhatsApp automation. We also provide SaaS products including HRM, CRM, WABA API, SMS marketing, Google RCS, and Bulk WhatsApp Sender. Specific terms for each service are outlined in individual service agreements.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, necessary approvals, and access to required platforms and accounts. Clients must ensure that all content and materials provided to us comply with applicable laws, including RERA regulations for real estate advertising.
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally, monthly retainer fees are due in advance. Ad spend budgets are separate from service fees. We reserve the right to pause services if payments are overdue by more than 7 days.
All work created by Aryavarta IT Solution for clients becomes the property of the client upon full payment. Our proprietary systems, processes, templates, and methodologies remain our intellectual property.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of each other's proprietary information and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
Aryavarta IT Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in the month the issue occurred.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due. We will transfer all assets, accounts, and data to the client within 14 days of termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of India and the state of Maharashtra. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Nashik, Maharashtra.
